What is collected

Only what you enter into the contact form, namely your name, email address, the type of matter, and your description of it, together with any optional details you choose to provide (company, telephone, country or state, desired timeline, and how you heard about Counselize). Nothing else is collected from you.

How it is used

Solely to review and respond to your inquiry. Submissions are delivered by email to Counselize. They are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list.

Processors

Contact-form submissions are transmitted through Resend, an email delivery provider, which processes the data solely to deliver it. The website is hosted on Vercel. The “Schedule a call” link takes you to Cal.com, a scheduling provider, which collects the name, email address, and any answers you give when booking, and is governed by its own privacy terms. Booking a call creates a calendar entry and a Google Meet link through Google, which is likewise governed by Google’s own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no tracking pixels or advertising technology. Fonts are served from this site's own domain, so loading a page does not report your visit to anyone.

Confidentiality

Do not send confidential or sensitive information through this website. Information submitted before an engagement letter is in place may not be protected as confidential or privileged.

Contact

Questions about this policy, or requests to delete what you have sent, can be made through the contact form.
